UK-born and Australia-bound, James brings hands-on experience in civil construction, landscaping, and drainage. Throughout his career, he has developed a keen understanding of what exceptional service truly entails. In 2013, James established ETC Group, transforming it into a leading name in the Geelong region’s earthworks sector. Tony Vekic

Position: Operations ManagerExperience: 35+ years

With over 35 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, Tony brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every endeavor. His career has spanned a wide range of roles, from senior department manager and general manager positions to hands-on project leadership in tier 1 civil construction projects. Tony has made significant contributions to both contractor-led and client-side initiatives. Throughout his career, Tony has been recognised for his innovative thinking and ability to devise creative solutions to complex challenges. His extensive network of clients, subcontractors, and industry professionals reflects his strong relationship-building skills and his reputation as a reliable partner.
